Return Policy

If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of sale-able merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (USA ONLY).
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • Altered apparel, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
  • We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 10 days of purchase.
  • Jacked Alien reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items.

No Refunds on International Orders

All international orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the USA. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Online Exchange Policy (USA Customers)

At Jacked Alien, we aim to make the exchange process as smooth and fair as possible. Our shipping policy for exchanges is as follows:

Similarly, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an even-dollar exchange for an alternate size or color of the same item. If you selected an exchange we will only be able to exchange to the same model in a different size or color and will not be able to exchange to another item.  

Your item must meet the conditions outlined below: 

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the original item to us. A return shipping label can be provided upon request, and the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund or charged separately.

  • Store Responsibility: Once we receive the returned item, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item back to you.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative item or receive a store credit.

  • Timeframe: All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the original order.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt (USA Customers Only).
  • If the original item is not returned within 30 days of exchange submission, you will be charged for the original item.
  • By submitting an online exchange, you authorize Jacked Alien  to a.) credit the original form of payment for the item being returned and b.) charge the original form of payment for the new item upon outgoing shipment.
  • Only items purchased online and delivered to your specified address qualify for online exchange
  • Altered apparel, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanged merchandise must be in its original condition: unworn, undamaged, saleable, and with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • Jacked Alien reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if exchanged merchandise is in saleable condition.
  • We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed
  • Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing of your exchange.
